I was diagnosed with Narcolepsy and Attention Deficit Disorder towards the end of 2021, after a long and tumultuous period of suffering.
As a lifelong learner with a growth mindset, I have battled (and overcome) brain fog, sleep attacks, impaired memory, and focus struggles on an almost daily basis.
After years of experimenting with self-improvement techniques, different diets, habits, routines, cognitive training trends, and productivity hacks, I created Mind Upgrade Lab to share my learnings and journey — in the hopes of helping others achieve peak mental performance.
